The Kinect sensor or the PlayStation camera that you’re using sometimes does not register all your moves and with some songs on just dance most of your moves don’t register even if you’re doing it perfectly
For me (a Nintendo Switch player of JD2020 at the moment), there are a few uncooperative songs like that, such as C'mon by Ke$ha, Oh No! by Marina And The Diamonds, and Roar by Katy Perry. There are also just single moves, often Gold Moves, that almost never work. For example, the Gold Move in Starships by Nicki Minaj where you have your hands on your chin and then lower your head and move your hands left and right slightly, and the Gold Move in Domino by Jessie J where you thrust both hands down by your sides. Sorry if this reply was too long and too late, I always seem to do that! 😁
