You can either back up the parameters via EtherCAT in Sysmac Studio, then save them onto your PLC program, alternatively, you can grab a USB cable, directly connect to 1S Servo controller by CX-Drive software, and back up a separate file. Sysmac studio is better & easier.

How can I get the actual Current? It's not present in the _Axis_Ref Structure.
