⚡️ 3D Printer Stepper HACK, Always on Z axis and Stepper Motor Brakes NO more Sagging Z Axis

If you have a 3D printer i'm sure you've experienced the Z axis becoming out a of level because it may have agged more on one side than the other myabe due to you changing the filament, Trying to remove the print job from the heat bed OR the End effector of a Delta Printer my have crashed into the print job after a the print has finished. In this video i'll show you 3 ways to stop Z sag. One of these is a free Stepper Mod which keeps the stepper on all the time.. I discovered this mod when trying to get lard external steppers to work with 3D Printers and assumed the same would work with these plug in drivers. An so far this has proved to be true .. That driver is a TMC 2208 However i Believe this mo will work on all of the steppers.

In Marlin configuration_adv.h, set DISABLE_INACTIVE_Z to false to leave the Z stepper always on. I enjoy your videos and am now a subscriber.
