You can do almost anything by adapting. Before your surgery practice turning on the shower and even tying your shoes by bending at the knees and keeping your back straight. You will be working You legs much more, but it is possible. To teach yourself not to bend, you can tape your back with kneisio tape and take care not to break it. Practice core stabilization by rolling you belly button in and lifting the pelvic floor. This is what is going to help uou the most when walking and getting out of bed.

There’s some out there about wiping which i watched at least 20 videos for my doctor to end up telling me wipe as usual 🤷🏽♀️
