bea's digital diaries: day 17

today was full of CATS :) i faced a lot of things i have been avoided in the past few days and it makes me feel proud of myself. it also makes me wonder why i was so scared of coming back to pottery or making short videos. i think that i build things up in my head to be bigger than they actually are. i am always thankful for people like nicholas and ryan who pick me back up when i feel like running away :)
i hate journaling but my therapist and my boyfriend always tell me i should journal. trying out this style of journaling to see if i hate it less :) its also sort of scary that i often dont remember what i did yesterday, so im hoping making these will give me something tangible to look back on.
