I love both version solo and the one with brandy
For Beyoncé;s I Am Sasha Fierce cd she recorded 72 songs for that album. So of course songs had to left off others put on. This song not one of my favorites....I like "Forever To Bleed", "Roc", "Save The Hero" and "Poison" that were left off. Some versions of that cd got "Save The Hero" and "Poison: on as bonus tracks.
This song sounds a lot like poison from the I am...album. I think that might be why this didn’t make the album. Bey doesn’t like having two songs that sound alike on the same album.
Brandy's version is more sensual and soulful, Beyonce's version is more pop (ish). But I like both songs and ladies :) Just my thoughts
That's how I feel about Beys her voice is stronger & more soulful then brandy's to me. I lover the texture of beys voice, it's buttery but strong her growls are perfect. I do agree about Brandys being darker. Her voice to me is more bare, raspy but I appreciate that.

I first heard this song from her (Beyonce's) Revolution album. I liked it very much. Then I heard Brandy's version. I think the latter's quite better (you guys might wanna check it out). Still, they're different artists and shouldn't really be compared, so no hate from here. ;-)

Could never listen to an entire Beyonce album but B got Brandy on this one, sorry Brandy fans but B's version is sexier, has more moods, Brady's is simply boring and forgetable like much of the material on the human album, just a great voice but no passion and no letting go!

She has three dvds released of her tours if I'm not mistaken, but no album by the name Revolution. If she did, it would be in my Itunes, lol.
