Thanks for the mini tour of Bootleg. There's so many good trails in and around Vegas. We'll have to get out there again for a couple days, when we have more time and hopefully no mechanicals!
I always enjoy showing people around new areas and trails. Glad you all were up for the adventure. I'm jealous that you all did those trails on the face at Bootleg without me! Now you'll have to take me down those! I've only done snakeback and sidewinder and maybe G string once a long time ago. Either way, I'm usually up there by myself and so I don't hit those double blacks but I always want to!
@@MusicManMTB I probably wouldn't hit them by myself either. We were very lucky those guys let us follow them. They were much quicker than us. They didn't have to do that. Rory has progressed a lot this year and last. He was way more brave than me going down those trail.
@smileysadventures1935 yeah, I was surprised to hear Rory hit poop chute! Crazy! The other super gnarly chute up there that you can actually see from the road is what they call the hour glass. It's a rock wall chute shaped like an hour glass. Dunno that I'd do it but we can at least look at it next time. Looking forward to seeing your video from the Sunday ride at Bootleg and st George when rory broke his wheel. Saw the snippets in your one video. Crazy he cased that simpler jump.
