It's because the whole timeline thing is kinda wonky, this episode might just be set days after sublimation villain was akumatized, like how Maledictator is kinda after style queen since Chloe got the bee miraculous in style queen by complete accident and didn't even know what it was (I forgot the whole thing but basically, Chloe first discovered the bee miraculous in style queen before using it in maledictator)
