Bardhaman to Sainthia section via Main 3. Andal to Saintha chord section 4. Howrah to Azimganz chord section via Ahmadpur junction They come under the jurisdiction of Eastern Railways. All the sections have MEMU trains running. Some important stations on the Andal to Sainthia Chord section are Andal, Dubrajpur, Ukhra, Chinpai and Suri Junction. This section has a few trains running, and the line is near to Bakreswar thermal power station, where my dad works. And the coal is shipped there via a branch from Chinpai. A few trains running in this line are MEMU, rest all electric locomotive hauled. Many trains that go to Suri or Azimganz use the route via Ahmadpur. The important stops on this track are Bolpur shantiniketan, Dankuni and Ahmadpur junction. The NJP Shatabdi Express, India's fastest diesel hauled shatabdi, pass by this line.
