I Love poori palya..I use self raising flour for this recipie and Omega 3 speise oil from Gefro.fold the puri dough in 4 like a handkerchief and deep fry in oil..fir the potato palya I use Gefro chilli and Paprika spuce Salt.. Super.thanks fir this easy peasy recipie 😊enjoy.😊
