Just got betrayed by another mental health service providing place. This reminds me that I'm not alone and that there are people that go through very similar things. All the talk has made it worse hit really hard to because it's just too relatable. The more someone tries the less that person helps is the term I use to describe what just happened. I can totally relate to everything you rap about and I think my brother would like it to. I miss him it has been 18 years coming up since he completed suicide. People that don't have mental health issues cannot possibly understand. Those of us that deal with one or multiple brain problems have a very difficult time making others understand. We are the only ones that know what is going on inside our minds. The brain is the hardest thing to fix no matter what issues or what doctors. It takes time to find the right medications because all brains are different. There is no one fix for us that are suffering and some medications can cause worse problems. Praying and reading my Bible helps the most and I am praying for all GOD'S children always. One day we will live in never ending happiness and that is my inheritance. There is nothing on earth I want except people making it ugly to stop. There is nothing going with me when I die and I am blessed with what I need. Kindness and smiles is something we all need to do always. Keep doing what you are blessed with doing and we appreciate you greatly.

The more disconnected and depressed I become the more aware of the evil in the world i get. It can be debilitating to know you are fighting a battle to live in a world you don't think is worth living for. But I will keep trying I have to. @@ProblematicHipHop same here so the personal situation I've been in the last 2 years has been hard for that fact because I didn't ask for help didn't know how to but when I tried to start asking it was even more of a disappointment to find out that even asking people didn't care so I don't know what's worse trying to do it yourself or asking and knowing that even asking does no good so I understand right right now I'm just trying to get outside my own issues and do something else so trying to do something for my son whose dad has been in a nursing home for 4 years and the facility he is in is closing and not able to continue doing anything for him and his family is to busy or whatever to help so I'm going to try to step in and see if we can go and get his stuff taken care of because they think now he may have stomach cancer on top of the brain tumors you've got so we're going to see how that goes today but it's hard knowing that this man beat me for 5 years but I have read all that go cuz given the brain tumor situation there's nothing in this world that I could do it's going to make him pay for anything anymore so for my son's sake I'm going to help his dad out and see where it goes from there and hopefully take my mind off my own issues for a little bit and be able to help somebody else have some peace

I suffer from multiple mental illnesses and had a very traumatic abusive life til my late twenties, it caused alot of my episodes from bipolar, depression, nightmares, do not trust anyone especially the male version or so called father figures etc. I can go on forever and I think things would be a little different if I'd had just 1 person in my corner and just 1 to actually care and not leave, so when I say to you that I care and I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE I'm here for you and I believe in you I mean it I'm saying it from my damaged heart, I know what it feels like to be left and feel alone and that noone cares and that is a feeling I wouldn't want to make anyone feel. Just got betrayed by another mental health service providing place. This reminds me that I'm not alone and that there are people that go through very similar things. All the talk has made it worse hit really hard to because it's just too relatable. The more someone tries the less that person helps is the term I use to describe what just happened. I can totally relate to everything you rap about and I think my brother would like it to. I miss him it has been 18 years coming up since he completed suicide. People that don't have mental health issues cannot possibly understand. Those of us that deal with one or multiple brain problems have a very difficult time making others understand. We are the only ones that know what is going on inside our minds. The brain is the hardest thing to fix no matter what issues or what doctors. It takes time to find the right medications because all brains are different. There is no one fix for us that are suffering and some medications can cause worse problems. Praying and reading my Bible helps the most and I am praying for all GOD'S children always. One day we will live in never ending happiness and that is my inheritance. There is nothing on earth I want except people making it ugly to stop. There is nothing going with me when I die and I am blessed with what I need. Kindness and smiles is something we all need to do always. Keep doing what you are blessed with doing and we appreciate you greatly.

I need ur support to know ur there for me. This is the perfect way to prove to me that we're meant to be when im broken the most and can't function & im lost i need you now more than ever i need u the most. Now it's not time to play ghost. Ur presence is dosed. I need u more than ur job does i know u gotta do both. But I cant do it alone im already exploding. I signed up for we not my own thing. U expect me to answer everytime ur calling just know it's not u its all me. I don't want to talk with anxiety. I need time so let me be ill call u back when I'm ready &the timing is right 4me. Its hard to answer if im going thru something mentality. I recognize that ur doing ur best & u barely get no rest i really appreciate that and the rest. When ur at ur good ur the best. Uch this isnt for me. My house is dirty. This isnt like me im usually up early getting things done in a hurry got a schedule & routine that's sturdy. I usually clean and cook & take care of our worries. But im weak right now im fighting & im hurting. I push myself still & i end up in the bed curling not walking to the bathroom but sometimes crawling. Im going through a lot my life is really falling. I'm doing my best but thats not what you see. I have ocd a lot of things are bothering me & it depresses me but there's nothing i can do so i let it be. my condition really lurks me, u know that if u know me. I have so many medical issues&I'm only in my 30s. I been through a lot&I didnt do wrong to earn it. All my tracks i wanna burn it cuz i thought they were for me. Right? Some call it a journey. Life did me wrong & played me dirty, I used to give my all but that's what really turned me. I used to be giving & concerning thought karma would find my way before this life started to hurt me. Im questioning my beliefs shud i let them burry me or is it bullshit&just let them burn me. I'll be ashes eventually ur gone so why worry. I feel so much burden lately&it hurts me. Pain pills barely touch me nothing is working. It takes the edge off but really I'm still hurting. I don't self medicate or abuse them, thats growing. I'm strong no matter what you say or think i need no warning. Im smart with it with myself im controlling. I have my good days&bad days& new ways im learning. Now i have methods what was difficult before is no more concerning. But movements still really hurt me. My lifestyle got so boring i can't do nothing&it's annoying. If u only saw the tears that i be pouring. Im so drained all day from grimacing & moaning. It's annoying i know so i tend to be lonely. Lost a lot of people lately that i thought we were growing now i see everyone's colors&it's disturbing. Take me back to black and white where it's simply wrong or right. Now No quetions asked cuz i arledy know u lied. U gave me ur word im sorry u were there when there was a fight but its still not righf that u bounced without sayin bye. Then u complained & went against my side u told me it wasnt ideal but everyday ur posting with the kids so u lied. Only u know what i mean u really blow my mind. U havent even checked on me. I'm just craving for something ill never find. Thought we had a bond but ur either good or im just blind. U played me raw but I refused to believe the signs. I don't wanna get into it cuz trust me I won't be kind. Im not bad but i could blow up in time. I just be patient & get along with time. Stop gossiping especially if its a lie. Im ok alone im good on the phone i journal or i write it keeps me from thinkin of my pain & puts me in a zone sometimes i wont answer i dont wanna hear the phone, i ignore everything &turn off my ringtone. u complain how I moan. it helps my pain.why am i telling u wats already known. Gd gives u only what u can handle or doesnt wake u up in the morning. Theres a lot of cruel things going on u gota learn to be big & say sorry. Ive been thru alot&saw a lot of worry. Drama all the time PTSD really worn me. My anxiety from every direction it's pouring my mental health is demolished have sum murcy its disturbing. Different dads all the time so i was just touring. Dont really kno the feeling of having a dad & its kind of tourchering. Dont notice it until ur older&unconsciouslly ur learning it. Facin my fears so i can destroy it & not burn in it

@@ProblematicHipHop same here so the personal situation I've been in the last 2 years has been hard for that fact because I didn't ask for help didn't know how to but when I tried to start asking it was even more of a disappointment to find out that even asking people didn't care so I don't know what's worse trying to do it yourself or asking and knowing that even asking does no good so I understand right right now I'm just trying to get outside my own issues and do something else so trying to do something for my son whose dad has been in a nursing home for 4 years and the facility he is in is closing and not able to continue doing anything for him and his family is to busy or whatever to help so I'm going to try to step in and see if we can go and get his stuff taken care of because they think now he may have stomach cancer on top of the brain tumors you've got so we're going to see how that goes today but it's hard knowing that this man beat me for 5 years but I have read all that go cuz given the brain tumor situation there's nothing in this world that I could do it's going to make him pay for anything anymore so for my son's sake I'm going to help his dad out and see where it goes from there and hopefully take my mind off my own issues for a little bit and be able to help somebody else have some peace

You don't know me and probably don't believe me when I tell you this but please know you are special, your talented in your own right, you speak of truth and reality you speak of mental illness and demons , I do care about you even though we've never met I really do. I suffer from multiple mental illnesses and had a very traumatic abusive life til my late twenties, it caused alot of my episodes from bipolar, depression, nightmares, do not trust anyone especially the male version or so called father figures etc. I can go on forever and I think things would be a little different if I'd had just 1 person in my corner and just 1 to actually care and not leave, so when I say to you that I care and I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE I'm here for you and I believe in you I mean it I'm saying it from my damaged heart, I know what it feels like to be left and feel alone and that noone cares and that is a feeling I wouldn't want to make anyone feel. I know your strong and dont care or believe me but I am here for you
