I randomly saw a video of YourYugiOhChannel where he speaks about his divorce after being out of the community for so many years. The nostalgia was strong and made me wonder what you were doing now. Glad to see you are still making videos and are doing good. All the best to you!
you can still play it in melodious, etoile can use its effect to banish until the endphase all non pendulum melodious monsters and maybe bounce up to that amount of face up cards your oponent controlls, then you activate pendulum area destroying your pendulum monster and scales and in the end phase all cards banished by etoile return to the field, returning cards to the field is not treated as any kind of summon, so they will just return in the end phase (some people confuse it with zealantis who actually banishes all monsters and special summons them all back, etoile is more like s:p, it just banishes until the endphase)
This is one of those cards that i'm honestly glad isn't playable really atm because fuck floods. Issue is if we get a pend archetype that isn't just "haha link spam.dek" that actually keeps its scales and pend cards on board then we might have an issue cuz this card is searchable.
DDD best choice. Link summon Gilgamesh, effect to place 2 scales from deck, then overlay Gilgamesh for Deus Machinex (a Pendulum XYZ) with a non-OPT interruption effect if you at least have a Dark Contact on board, which you would if you use the level 1 searcher as your play starter. You could do that in less than 5 summons if you want to.
I tried to do that with a combination of Solfachord and D/D. I would use Kepler -> Contract -> Gryphon to summon the D/D Link-2 for its arrows, then once done with pend summoning, I would convert the link into Machinex to end on a board of only Pendulum monsters. The real downside is, you don't have space in a Pendulum deck to play random traps when you're trying to be consistent. You can search Pend Area with Duellist Alliance but building your going first gameplan around it is a bad idea.
I play Performapal in MD and I have 3 copies + Duelist Alliance. I usually end with Gentrude or Rainbow Magician. Rainbow=When they set a card, activate pendulum zone. Gentrude=Pop with pendulum zone and set magician.
Thrust also can search it but it is ok side when going first with melodious Etoile can enable the activation requirements and so does s:p little knight just leave a pendulum monster on field
Hoping we get more pendulum support and specifically anti human mi psy a support that that card's starlight rare isn't just 25 dollars because imagine the trading card market and players thinking a card/s (rarity) that has a .00033% pull rate is only worth 25 dollars. Given how even the most unused useless cards in such a pull rate should be well above 40 given its premium regarding how difficult the pull rate is and how low in quantity it is! What a shame!
Fun fact, Pendulum Arena has the tiniest amount of localization/"censorship" in a card artwork The building way in the background had its name changed in the dub and you can see like one letter of the sign through the chainlink fence. Konami went through the effort of changing it to match the dub name
@@Trekkie46 Area usually gets set during his turn, he only tributes Nue if it gets targeted by Imperm/Veiler. If not, he gets his Pend Summon off beforehand and goes ham.

No one never uses this card. Because they don’t know it exist.
Sure, with all dueling simulators. Ignorance is not an excuse
I used to run this back in Dinomist as part of a trap trick package. It's great
That ending popped me. Saving that for when someone says something stupid.

Abyss actor does wonders with this card believe it or not.
Really? Normally I run the trap that lets you link summon during the oponent's turn but if Pendulum Area works then I might have to test it out
Yeah but we talking of abyss actor...
It works so well.
Yeah, abyss actors can 1cc into a fantastic theater setup but how would you consistently search the trap?

The only deck i can think of is Solfachord, but they love having cards in the Pend Zones, so
They also love having Link Monsters.

If you have their field spell it wouldn't be too much of a loss but I probably wouldn't play this either as a Solfa player 😅
It’s… a trap.

It restrict so many summoning methods but a better choice is dimensional barrier
Majespecter Lock Runick
that card would go great in a pendulum deck.
Nao me diga
No me digas
Really now!? I never would have guessed!
@@jackmist fun fact, pendulum is the archtype from when arc v started.
some members include
Amazing Pendulum, Beast-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, Brave-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, Magical Pendulum Box, Master Spirit Tech Force - Pendulum Ruler, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, Pendulum Card Burst, Pendulum Climax, Pendulum Illusion, Pendulum Storm, Performapal Pendulum Art & Clean, Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer, Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, Spirit Tech Force - Pendulum Governor
pendulum might be a mechanic but also it is an entire archtype in the game.
Tried in master duel, did skip the opponent turn.
put it in? traptrix?
dont mind if i do!
How is Traptrix using it?

Used this in my Pend Magician/Z-ARC deck
Didn’t he talking about this a while ago with abussy actors?
Dinomist finna eat good 🥵
Solfacord
is this a rollback moment ?
Pendulum Area... maybe i shouldve add that shit to my supreme king decc
I did it does wonders and most people don't read the cards you can destroy don't have to be pendulum cards
Im a pendulum area main since day 1 (because I keep telling myself this card is broken)
So..... if you played this in a Labyrinth Deck using Transaction Rollback.... how would that work?
The effect will take action
No summon except pend for both players
Play it abyss actors?
That’s what she said?
Can work in Zarc
A little floodgate butttttt alright
This would go crazy in a world without Dimensional Barrier
If that condition wasn't there, this card would've been hit.
this is excellent in z-arc pend magician decks

I play it in Abyss Actor's
My friend played this in Majespecter.
That deck now lives and dies by the link monster. How did he get him off the field?
@Trekkie46 The Majespecter backrow tributes Wind Spellcasters as cost so he just dodges Imperm/Veiler and chains it
@@YarnLalms711 Which also reduces the size of the Pendulum summon, but I can see that still working out.

Pend WORST deck
If you’re talking about the kinds of monsters, no. That would be Gemini
God I hate lolis
