Paraguay is the best country for invesment, it have really cheap energy eléctric, ITAIPU is the largest central energy of the World, it have a lot of water and good climate. It have slow taxes. The people are very kind and hardworker

I am thiking of fleeing to paraguay from canada I was told that you can stay in Mexico with canadian or american visa as long as you want can I stay in Paraguay with Canadian passport? without applying for visa? and is there a town in Paraguay where English speakers live in?

What wonderful memories you brought back-- I was a PCV- Aregua 11 between 92-94. My time in Paraguay still holds a special place in my heart.
