Hello Everybody, Welcome to Finology Legal!
In this part of the video, I am discussing - Meaning of Article 13 of Indian Constitution - specifically 13(1) and 13(2) of the Indian Constitution. Fundamental rights in the Indian Constitution are granted to citizens and in specific cases to non-citizens also. The power of Judicial Review and Judicial Activism is inherent in this Article. I have tried to simplify and explain the two very important doctrines of the Constitution i.e., Doctrine of Severability in Indian Constitution in Hindi, and Doctrine of Eclipse with important case laws on Indian Constitution. In the video I have tried to incorporate various important and landmark cases of Indian Constitution which are basic for understanding Article 13 of the Indian Constitution such as State of Gujarat v. Ambica Mills
This topic is very important for basic understanding of Concepts of Constitution like Judicial Review, Amendability, etc, and also from the point of various Competitive exams such as CLAT, UGC NET, UPSC, etc.

Guys i am also a law student and I am following her since 1 year and her videos are too informative and guys I watched a channel for law students. In that channel a man is also doing such a great effort and belive me his videos are also too informative. His channel name is Vidhi darshan law and name of that man is Alankar Sinha
Can u plzz make a distintion between FR granted to citizens and specific citizens as u mentioned in the description. Coz in video 8:00- 8:40 u said that those provisions inconsistent with FR will not be void for "non citizens" & it will be applicable on them. so, my question is those inconsistent provisions will be void for "specific non citizen" (coz they have FRs confered upon them according to description u gave above) equally as citizens enjoy ? Simply, Are those some non citizens are equal to citizens ?
This fundamental right should also be included in our Constitution
Article 21 B (will be inserted) - Right to study with teachers like her in schools compulsory
