- Note to all! The mats were upside down for the first run, we fixed it once we noticed.
My favorite hard rock mine produces some of the nicest course lode gold. In this s video we use the high banker to take a good sample of the mine dump to see what kind of gold has been weathered out of the dump material and is just sitting there on the surface. What we find is amazing and beautiful!

Wow, well designed mobile machine. I'm gemologist. I visited mines of gemstones many times. They had worked by using very huge fixed machine for finding gemstones. Mobile machine is very good idea!!!

I usually go clam digging at cape disappointment. Didn't know there was gold there. We usually go to salmon LA sac, grew up running a 2 inch and a 4 inch dredge there. Great memories

Just an observation - IF I were of better financial means I would simply LOVE to get a bag of that stuff that you were putting INTO your marvelous double/triple sluice. I would have a ball going through it in a pan just as if I were looking through black sand rich stuff in the stream I used to pan in years ago. Never found much but always found some. Great stuff Dan.

Great Video, Dan.....!!! Love the dream mat. I modified 2 of my classified sluices with it. However, I believe yours is installed upside down. The capture occurs in the cells when they are causing the water to go back up and drag the heavies into the pockets. The mats in the cube are installed correctly.......saw you switched them at the end.....good job....!!!
Yes we flipped it around once we saw it. You can see later in the video it is correct.

I think you had the dream mat in up the wrong way on your 1st run
Mine set up with with holes on top end as the raised section makes the water and heavies go back up hill dropping into the the holes and trapping them.
I have been using the dream mat for the past 2 years and they catch ultra fine flour gold very well.

I would suggest a strap around the bottom of the gold cube coming up and attaching to the sides of the high banker at the bottom and a swivel attachment at the last piece of the high banker to increase the angle and get rid of the overburden or sand when your at the beach the angle on the last piece won’t matter because it’s entering the cube thanks for sharing and stay well so the vids keep us from losing our minds lol

Beach gold prospecting can be a rewarding experience. I went once with a groups of guys, & we did alright. It was all fine flour gold that we found.

Awesome another Blue Chip Mine video and it seems who ever worked that mine didn't do a very good job recovering the gold. I still believe there is value enough to open the mine at least to film the procedure of opening a new adit.
Mother Nature has a way of freeing up gold when ore has been left on the surface for 100 years.
@@Danhurd oh absolutely agree but just seems that ore should have been better processed. I suppose technology at the time might not of allowed for that although seems they could have used a cyanide leach or something.

If you do make "Gold Bags" with that material in it the base material I am interested please make note of this specific stuff when/if you decide to do so... Honestly, I would buy some of that material directly as is just to poke around in it. I think Bryson is Paulie with a wig -haha can't fool us!
