Sheikh was different emotions from 2020 to 2022. If you listen to surah Maryam, surah saffat, surah anabiya during these years you will definitely agree.
I have listened to 95% of his salahs at Masjid Al-Haram and am inclined to agree with you.

The speed of imams in 2020 taraweeh was good and from 2023 and 2024 the speed of recitation is decreased and the way of reciting was also good in 2020 why whats the reason behind it
Probably because he's getting older.
Also, he lost the pitch in his voice when he got sick in 2021, but he used to give these touches(very rarely) until October 2022 when he got sick again.
On 23 October 2022, he led fajr with a hoarse voice due to his ill health, after which we never got this type of pace and pitch in his voice. That day had a permanent effect on his voice😢.
They started praying 10 Raka'ahs in Taraweeh since 2020. So they must've realised they needn't hurry much if it is 10 Raka'ahs.
