    Excellent video, I am a little dumbfounded that people tell you what to wear on your fingers in a free learning tutorial which would cost $30.00 to participate in at a local craft store.

    I like your color of nail polish...quite subtle...not distracting at all! Love your tutorials...

    Your Granny Scraptastic tutorial is perfect. I love the way that you joined another color so there are no ends to sew in. I have been crocheting about 30+ years and do appreciate learning something new and easy. Your nail polish doesn't bother me, I am more interested in learning the stitches, not your nail color. I noticed it but it does NOT bother me at all. Thank you for your help and patterns.

    Thank you so much. I love your video, especially showing exactly how to do it, even with a couple of re-do's. I have so any scraps. I can't wait to get started. I'm working on 2 projects now. When one is finished, I will start on this with my mounds of scrap yarn. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    Your nails are lovely. Not distracting at all. I think if you stick with neutral colors it won't be distracting.
    I find that the videos I have trouble watching have really long fingernails with bright colours and crazy patterms that clash with the yarn colours.
    I'm working up a Big Scarf with the pattern.

    Sorry, I was too busy watching the tutorial to notice your nail polish. I guess some people are too picky. Ignore them. One lady whose videos I watch usually has pink or green polish. I really don't mind. I'm watching to learn, not to complain about her nail polish! Actually, it sometimes helps to keep track of the movements of her fingers.

    Hi Clare, I need to know if it's possible to do a granny stitch after a double crochet border and if so, how?
    TiA 🙂

    • @CrochetwithClare
      @CrochetwithClare  7 лет назад

      hi, yes you can make a granny stitch into plain double crochet. there are different ways to go. you can make your granny cluster and then skip 3 stitches and granny cluster in next so you will be working into every 4th stitch. you would then do a granny cluster ch1/or 2 and granny cluster into the corners of the blanket. for this you stitches would have to be divisible by 4
