What surprises me in all those clips is that the American cops don't know the legal basics. They don't know the fundamentals. And here are the fundamentals: the police in any civilized country have the right and the obligation to get involved in 2 cases and in 2 cases only: to fight crime and to maintain the peace. Everything else is none of their business and they must be disinterested to get involved. They are not there to please the public, to accommodate those who are unhappy with something, to investigate odd behaviour, etc.
