Highly doubt it. In order to secure a loan the fundamentals on the company would have to match the technicals. They are Divergent at this point the company is hemorrhaging
He stacked the board so it’s probably much earlier. Normally when almost 60% of a company’s shares are sold though it tanks the price to nothing. Kind of like the last time the DJT ticker was used. It was a casino that peaked at $35, and closed at 40c before going bankrupt.
