Not an exciting match to watch. Both players seemed nervous and made too many unforced errors. The first two games are a mirror of each other. We saw a completely different Wang in the final, confident and lethal.
The commentary is very poor: "easy shot", "miscue" and other such football terms. I am surprised he didn't say "over the moon", "game of two halves", "go the distance" and "sick as a parrot". Using non-playing commentators is like using a coach who can't block - a total waste of time. Also he should ask someone how to pronounce Chinese names before he applies for the job.
Geez, what's up with Chen Meng?? She's becoming the female Lin Gaoyuan (i.e. a choker). I actually think Sun Yingsha is better, but both of them have been quite disappointing lately. For the good of the Chinese national team (and all of us who love table tennis) I hope they and the men get their shit together!
