Hi, I have tried your recipe the other day, it turned out really bad, it soaks up so much oil, bread tends to open up in an oil, filling came out & they came out extremely soggy like glue 🤮 it was not edible for sure 💔
Exactly same happened with me to ...
Can you please tell why is this happened and how toh correct them?
Tips that I use
1- use fresh bread
2- don't dip whole bread in water just we your hand and wet the bread
3- press the bread tightly so that extra water is drained
4- immediately fill the mixture and again wet your hands to combine the hard sides of bread (if any)
5- rest it for 5_10 min so that there isn't any extra moisture remained
6- now coat in bread crumbs and fry on high flame .
Do tell me if these tricks work for you .
