I know that you are improving the land but what would you do if he dies or they get divorced and the property becomes hers. You need to find property that you can buy then noone can threaten you.
She does not pay rent as the owner asked her to take care of the property as they built a new house across the road.He found her at the garbage dump scavenging for recyclable bottles and cans.Whatever she doing and selling now is probably barely enough to survive on a daily basis.She’s very thankful and until they ask her to leave by then she could accumulate some cash.

make your son some wooden blocks to play with. Different sizes for him to stack and build like you are doing. Think of how you would behave if you did not have something to do everyday.... if you were stuck in that play area with nothing to occupy your hands and mind.
