@@yuki_sakura- TYSM !!! and glitching effects are kinda hard to do on alight motion without premium I mean you can still do it but it takes a lot of layers and effects but for this video I was too lazy to make the glitching effects by hand because there were other parts in the video that I wanted to focus on so I just went on yt and found an overlay for glitching,I did edit it a little bit in alight motion but that's the gist of it Tl;dr : overlay from RUclips
Oh and that's just for the glitching effects but in the video I applied an effect that makes it look like it's glitching (moving kind of) it's the wrap blur effect and when you click on it and go to edit the effect there are like "x , y , xy , R etc" and I just clicked the X to make it blur horizontally and then just played more with the settings
