Hi there from not so sunny UK! You're so welcome - glad it brought back some fond memories for you :)
50 things!! Wow. It really is an adventure! Officially added to my bucket list ✅
That's awesome! Madeira is without a doubt a bucket list place to visit - do it! :D
Brilliant! This helped with my travel & video
Glad you found our video useful. Happy travels :)
Thank you for the beautifully made video of Madeira. I was born in Funchal but haven't visited since Covid. I live in the UK now but you have certainly sparked many amazing memories of times with relatives.
Muito Obrigado 🙏
Thanks for the kind comment Alexandra :) You were born and raised in such a wonderful island. We fell in love with it, and will always want to return. We especially love all the nature and hikes! So happy it sparked some amazing memories for you, and hope you get to return soon :) Susie
Thank you for these recommendations. I am going there end of May and your suggestions made everything a lot clearer.
You're very welcome Mary 😊 We wish you a wonderful trip to one of our favourite islands. May is a great time to visit Madeira too! Susie
I have been there once and I love it. Landing on its airport is a challenge. Thank you for this gorgeous video. Matti
Ahh yes, the landing can be interesting. We've been twice and we've been lucky so far 😀
We hope our video brought back some fond memories for you 😊 Susie
@@ToucanTravellers We could not land at the first time after flying one hour around Madeira due to heavy wind. Then we had to fly to Las Palmas. After four hours waiting there we flew back and finally we could land there. BTW, I have added some photos about Madeira among my instructions how make photos better by using AI. For example, in my second AI video is one photo at 0:51 seconds. Regards from Finland! Matti
Thanks so much for doing this. I will use your guide for my trip.
You're so welcome! Hope you have a great time in Madeira :)
It's 2am and I should be asleep, but I am glued to your channel. Your videos are the best I've seen on RUclips. Great quality, no constant drivel and straight to the point with amaxing content. So refreshing to see young people who are not so self-absorbed. I have booked Madeira for the end of October based on what I've seen from your video. You guys are doing a fantastic job. Love it! Keep up the great work. If i may ask one odd question: Do you remember any gardens where the plants and flowers gave off gorgeous scents?
Thanks, SJ
Hey SJ, thank you for the kind comment. It was so nice reading this! Good to know our videos are helpful and being watched by future travellers too :) If you need any other tips, give us a shout. I don't recall any plants / flowers will distinct smells (mainly because we didn't really go up that close due to allergies haha) but Funchal Botanical Garden up at Monte has some unique and wonderful plants. In fact, wherever you go in Madeira, you'll come across at least one or two unique plants or flowers! Susie
Excellent camerawork and editing. Great video of a wonderful place! Thanks.
Thank you so much. Hope you enjoyed :)
Well done guys, you pretty much covered most of the major landmarks, great video 👍🏻
Thank you so much for your comment ☺️ we'll definitely be back to see the entire island 😀
WOW, great great video!!
Thank you! :)
Great Video 👍
Thx from Munich... 😉
Thank you - glad you found it useful :)
Madeira Island. Is a travel Paradise
You said woman 👩 👏 You are absolutely 💯 Right ✅️ ❤️🏝🌕🙌😅😅😅
FYI, the statue of Cristo-Rei (Christ the King) in Madeira (11:27) is older than the one of Christ the Redemer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. So, it is really the other way around...
Hello guys.Awesome video. 🥰
How many days did you stay in Madeira?😊
Thank you for watching 😊 we've been to Madeira twice; the first time we went for 7 days in November (you can check out our video guide on the best things to see and do in a week here: ruclips.net/video/PAJTVaP0-3o/видео.htmlsi=TCgkkImikSusQNo5). The second time we went in March for just under 2 weeks. We recommend a minimum of 5 days, so you can see the main attractions. Susie
MADEIRA ISLAND 🏝 ♥️ PARAISO NO MEIO DO ATLANTICO 🌎♥️🇵🇹👏✨️✨️😂😂😂
😮
I'v. Been ther,,
What time of year did you travel?
Hi there, we've been to Madeira twice, first time in November and second in March. The weather was very pleasant 😊
1 week of travel. Can see this ?
Thanks for your comment! We visited Madeira twice; the first time in November for 7 days, and the second for just under 2 weeks in March. You can definitely see a few things from this list, but not everything. We created a video on 7 days in Madeira. You can check it out here to get an idea: ruclips.net/video/PAJTVaP0-3o/видео.html. Susie
😂❤
which month did you go?
We visited Madeira twice. The places we visited in this video are from a combination of our visits in both March and November, both great months to travel to the island 😌
Is the night life good ???
Hi Peter! Madeira is a very relaxing and tranquil place, and doesn't offer much in terms of nightlife. There are bars in Funchal town that come to life with life music etc, especially during weekends!
Oi
It’s not the Hawaii of europe
It’s ‘The Pearl of the Atlantic’
No,, what now,,
