Is there a tooling API SOQL that can tell me the subscribers of channels and whether its a CDC or Push topic or Custom Platform Event? I enjoyed your video so much.

excellent Nikhil!!! quick question, We have Opportunity and Account in CDC ,now I want to send data to SAP (related to Opportunity) and Oracle (only related to Account) SAP wants Opportunity data and Oracle want Account data. so how do we configure it. pls suggest
