Honestly there’s not many moms that really fully resonate with me- but your aura is just phenomenal and you come off so genuinely sweet and positive- not to mention a total beautiful bombshell mom keeping yourself and the house together with all the kids running around- total inspiration! 💕💕 will forever support. Didn’t you used to work as a nurse?? I’ve been here for awhile 😆
Currently 30 weeks pregnant with twins.. my go-to snacks are: apple/banana dipped in natural peanut butter, unsalted mixed nuts, hardboiled egg, celery dipped in creamy ranch, homemade PB oat energy bites, crackers & cheese or chicken salad, smoothies... I love snacks!
💘💘💘 thank you for making these videos. I always feel like I'm with a caring mom friend who truly wants the best for me when I watch. Plus I feel inspired to get mom life done. Thank youuuuu🌼🌼🌼
Snacks for me: rice cake with peanut butter on it and sliced banana, pepperoni sticks, cottage cheese with fruit, yogurt with slice almonds for crunch, string cheese and apples. Lunches I eat a lot of left overs working from home.
I love seeing what other people eat all day because what I eat is actually appalling 😂 *scoops up crust from toddler’s plate, eats it on my way to next diaper change*
Thanks for the inspiration Tiff ♡ Go-to snack and lunch: Apple slices with warm PB dip (PB microwaved for 30 seconds then stir in cinnamon & honey) Lunch is usually leftovers or something quick & easy like chicken salad with crackers.
As a mom of four boys, I can relate with this video so much! They are older now, the youngest is 15 years old, but I remember how hard it was to eat healthy all the time, but we always gave it our best shot. I love the crockpot too, but the instant pot is great for last-minute meals. I went ahead and ordered those vitamins and the powdered collagen, hoping it works because I have horribly dry skin. Colorado is a very arid state and my skin (and age 46yr) show it! I'll try putting the powder in my coffee! Thank you for the suggestion! This reminds me, I need to figure out something for dinner. LOL It's early enough I could throw something in the crockpot.
Go-to snacks: avocado with salt (I just eat it with a spoon straight out of the rind!), rotisserie chicken, turkey bacon, small baked sweet potato (with olive oil, salt, and oregano), and sliced apple/pear with almond butter, coconut butter, or even coconut oil! Go-to lunch: mixed greens with sliced cucumber, baked salmon, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, dill, and strawberries! Best easy salad!
I am curently in maternity here in Québec, Canada. And you made my day with every of your videos Tiff. I love watching u and the kids. U are ao natural to me, i feel like u are kind of part of my routine during ma baby's naps 😘😘😘
LOVE LOVE LOVE a bonus video from you! I know from Tuesdays video why this video was running late but the impromptu video was just as fun! I LOVE the family channel too! You look absolutely amazing postpartum. Please tell me the curling iron you use and how you curl your hair so beautifully. You inspire me to be a better and healthier version of myself. ❤
hey tiffany love your videos and how your family are so loving towards one another. you all have helped me through lockdowns during this crazy times atm. thank you you are a amazing person so kind and loving. i loved you last video of you and ella shes like a mini you i can see her when shes older doing videos like you x
Lately I prep my lunches. My favorite now is quinoa and then I get a stir fry frozen veg mix, and then a pack of frozen sweet potatoes (just easier for prep) I put them on a baking sheet with olive oil, pepper and himalayan salt. I cook it for 30 minutes ( I like it crunchy) @ 350. Then top it off with a really good sauce I make. Soy sauce, maple syrup (I use trader joe's agave maple syrup) garlic and minced ginger. Snacks I've been making peanut butter protien brownies or chocolate covered peanut butter balls (: all from pinterest.
Tiffani if you have it in your stores try Boars head Turkey breast deli meat!! It is a little healthier than the other processed lunch meat and taste is just as good if not better. Best part is it’s in the deli section of the store so you can get as little/much as you want. I usually get just enough for a day or two and roll up the slices, cut them in half and add string cheese on the side for lunch. I also get their ham and do it the same way for my grandson’s lunch( homemade lunchable)
Loved this video! I've heard so many good things about Care/Of,I will have to try it...I have four children and it takes awhile to get into a workable routine, but you and Chris seem to be doing a great job.
I have been drinking Starbucks veranda Blend Blonde for about 5 years now. I absolutely love it. I love my Keurig too. I have had mine using one for over 15 years. But my fave creamer is Birthday Cake by I think from International Delight. Target sells out as soon as they get it in but my Tom Thumb carries it. You are doing awesome. You never look like you just had a baby❤️
I also struggle for lunches. However, I find myself gravitating towards leftovers from dinner the night before. I do eat like string cheese or fruit for a snack. I also eat a lot.of processed food, so I am also trying to stay away from them. A baked sweet potato with cheese is so good for lunch or sandwiches.
Go to lunch is a serving of Uncle Ben's microwavable rice (either Jasmine or whole grain brown rice), with whatever leftover protein from dinner the night before, with a handful of spinach, spicy pickled banana peppers, and occasionally I'll sprinkle in some frozen veggies for a little more nutrition. Fry it all up in the pan with a bit of gluten-free soy sauce! So yum. I could seriously live on stir fry. Go to snack is LaraBars :)
Hey! I’m 6 weeks postpartum with baby number 3 and am loving a chicken salad with almonds and Italian dressing and snacks are fresh fruit and cashew and coconut protein balls that I make myself! Hope that helps. Xx Love you videos and your precious family!
Congrats on your little one ! I just had a baby myself 4 months ago. I’m currently suffering from postpartum hair loss. Have you experienced this? Do you have any insight or products you’ve used to help you thru this? Please let me know. Thanks!
I've been having the same breakfast for a few weeks now. I love it. I get the mixed nut butter from Costco (it has Chia seeds and pumpkin seeds in it as well as a mix if nuts).
Hi Fairly new watcher, I’m an actual certified Dietitian, may I suggest you look into a Philips soup maker, hot soups for lunch with wraps are incredible especially if you are breast feeding, it makes 20 minute soups. 🥰❤️
Happy Thursday to you and your family and hope everything is going well for you and your family and God bless you all and stay safe and healthy. Love 💘, guys so much ❤
I always have such a hard time with lunch too. Glad I{m not alone. 😂 I’ve made pita pockets like that but with hummus, lettuce, tomato, and turkey. So yummy!
I totally agree with you on the Instant Pot versus Crock Pot usage. May I ask where you got your salt or pepper shaker from with the illuminated lid? I’ve not seen that before and it looks really helpful. Thanks
I have been looking for good supplements !! This came at a perfect time . Thanks for the recommendation. I tried that dairy free vanilla bean ice cream with the coconut cashew cookies from Aldi that you recommended ..I think it was the best thing I ever had 🤣🤣🤣SO GOOD!!😍
Go to snacks - raw almonds, rice cakes with laughing cow cheese on top... a price of fruit also holds me over between meals. Could you please link those new clear coffee cups you have been using? Thanks 😊
I am strange with consistency, since a little girl & now at age 66 still have issues. So when you add items to drinks/food/dessert. Can you see anything different, example oily. Just the word gets my mouth watering, lol
I watched your videos in the past and thought I was you. Went and bought and butternut squash and I swear it took me 7 hours to peel and chop. However it is one of my fav foods now BUT I will find it pre chopped now because I CANT!!!!!’
Yikes! Probably shouldn’t have watched this at midnight but im like you, I can’t get to bed early because there’s so much to be done! That giant squash 🤯

I love the idea of ice cream between gf waffles! It can be hard to satisfy the sweet tooth-I usually end up with straight up ice cream!
Love the amped up oats. I've been trying to get back to eating better and it's such a pain because I need to meal prep and I hate it.
I always love oatmeal, but especially postpartum!
I always have such a hard time with lunch too. Glad I{m not alone. 😂 I’ve made pita pockets like that but with hummus, lettuce, tomato, and turkey. So yummy!
