I dont need a crazy super power miracle. maybe just a stable career so i can dedicate time to truth. Only thing in my way that my mind has built up is a steady career. it says once that is checked off then i will be ready.
Aeroplanes are not a miracle because they conform to the laws of Physics,Miracles do not conform to the laws of Physics and cannot be explained. In this world full of trickery I would rather follow a guru who demonstrates genuine miracles of all kinds not just materialisations, it shows that the guru has an intimate connection with the Divine and can be trusted , rather than a guru who merely talks about spiritual matters, usually second hand or from Book Learning,anyone one can talk about the Divine but how many can demonstrate the powers of the Divine? example: to know intimate details the past present and future of a devotee even of his family? that cannot be done by trickery. But one has to be careful of deceivers who claim they have powers or that they are Self Realised and set themselves up as a Guru,often extracting money, If one studies a chosen teacher for long enough with fierce discrimination and prayer ,any falsehood will soon manifest. If one already has good discrimination and unshakable faith in God ,no miracles are necessary or needed, you will know the false teacher from the genuine because your consciousness if automatically in tune with theirs..
He gave a lot of examples of miracles and also added the point that it varies for all and also emphasised it's the way you look at things .And I suggest you to read autobiography of a Yogi or Apprenticed to Himalayan master so that you would be able to know the fact that " these enlightened people are advised already by their masters not to preach or attract people by the magic powers or not even to show any wonders so that it won't cause for a spiritual seeking but only something like a child like curiosity .And if you want to know your past,present and future ,don't look for a guru ,go for a Nadi astrolger and if you are looking for magic tricks ,learn from a magician ..don't think that enlightened people will simply mindblow you with magic tricks or prediction of your life story .It's much more meaningful than that .And you can read about these things in detail if you do research on Himalayan yogis where they live like simple human beings rather than portraying their super skill extraordinary powers ,and also there are mentioning about many yogis using these powers only when the situation demands and especially not for materialistic purposes. I am not asking you to believe anyone,but don't criticize without doing ample amount of research on anything ..Just told my opinion,nothing offensive .
