This wheelbarrow is impossible to assemble because the nuts will NOT move past four turns when turning them on the bolts. I had to ask at least three men to help me, and they couldn't get the nuts on either. I am surprised that the instructions say to tighten these with your fingers. The nuts are clearly too big for the bolts. I am sending this wheelbarrow back today.
I had this issue too. I found a wrench and when clasped on the nut I used to allen wrench to turn. Both at the same time allowed to bolts to tighten, and secure the screw in place.
The quality control and hole drills are some of the worst I've ever seen. The last two holes (which you skip through in the video suspiciously) are so misaligned that I assume someone drilled them with their eyes closed. It's impossible to fit them without modification. If you bought this send it back and keep your sanity.
Couldn't agree more and I appreciate your comment. Since I had lots of stumbles along the way I thought it was something I had done wrong, but this time it wasn't me. Those last two holes - yikes!
Putting the wheels on first is not good. The directions that come with it are better. Some parts are hard to push together and it’s much harder to do with the wheels on.

This is the best thing for your backyard. Very easy to load heavy items by just tipping it front.

Between this video, the manual and lots of trial and error I was able to put it together. I'm embarrassed at the amount of trial and error it took.
Do they come with flat free tires too?
