Sir, 5 month ho gye join kiye ? Please tell use about pressure and stress level and work life balance as PO in SBI. I want to listen the bitter or sweet truth.
Thanks for A2A. Joining was a bit late this time...so only 2 months so far. Yes it is true that there is a lot of work to do especially in the increasing business horizons, but here helps your attitude towards work. I enjoy what I do, particularly because the Bank takes care of a lot of things, I need not to worry about such things at all, and this helps me focus on my work. The learning opportunities are huge, resources provided are unmatched, and hence it depends on you how you manage your time and utilize these resources. Coming to work-life balance, it is a myth...I believe more in work-life integration because this brings more satisfaction. So, most important thing is to make it clear in your mind that why do you want a particular job...what will you be deriving out of it...just think about it, list down certain solid reasons, and decide. Best wishes 👍
you deserve this marks, abhi muze dar lag raha he , vo konse bhi question puchte he to hum kaise ready rahe sare que ke properly answer dene ke liye jaise apne to bohot acche se diye , aisa lagta he ki mock interview ke liye koi class nahi lagaungi aap hi lena mock interview hamara, because you have very well experience. I am kidding, but please aap bol rahe the ki interview ke regarding koi video banayenge vo please banana
Congratulations🎉 please make interview preparation strategy it's very much needed because 4-5 months are left and we can prepare ourselves accordingly for the interview

Sir I have one doubt..in the interview admit card it was written qualified as EWS...is this mean that I have scored less marks than general or something else . please sir reply.

Hi, i want to ask that while filling out the registration form, there wasn't any section to state about our work experience. Someone told me that in interview, we can cover the work experience part. So, do we need to show any document also to justify our work experience or only talking about it in 'tell me about yourself' is enough? Please do reply
Hi...thanks for your question. When you will clear mains, you will be asked to fill DAF (Detailed Application Form) or Biodata form (as called in SBI). There you have to fill all the details including your work experience, hobbies etc I hope this helps.
Prepare brief notes on variety of topics keep them updated with latest info. Also practice speaking in front of mirror to boost your confidence. Good luck 👍
Hello Priyanshi, 1. Go through the syllabus and if possible take a foundation course from reputed online banking preparation platforms, 2. Mock tests dena hai as many as possible (both pre+mains), 3. Remember, Prelims and Mains ki strategies alag hogi, but preparation saath me chalegi, 4. Gradually improve your score in the mock tests, jo average score Mocks me aayega wahi Actual exam me bhi aayega remember that, 5. Aap B.Com graduate hain so interview me aapse financial terms, accounting, costing etc principles puchenge...so graduation subjects ko strong karna hai All the best 👍
Depends on how the interview conversation starts. If they start in English then follow English only, if they mix you can also mix appropriately. Try to prefer English.
You can get the compilations on Oliveboard, Byju's monthly digest etc. Also, I would recommend to take a foundation course from any of these...they provide notes etc. Mocks practice is must 👍
