Not quite right you need to still keep every weapon equipped so you can’t get a weapon freshness bonus and you also need to only use the default piercer and nothing else

Long story short, a youtuber named Under The Mayo made a review of Ultrakill where he said that the game was bad at incentivising more varied weapon use, and that just using the default pistol was all you needed to beat the game. Mayo% is doing just that, beating the game/stage with the piercer pistol.
