Hey i want to thank you for the time and effort. I got an old Moto E from ebay for a friend to use on wifi. I didnt notice in the photos it was on the FRP screen (i had never even heard of FRP before yesterday.) The methods in your video here didnt work but after many MANY hours of trying and then eventually sleeping on it I have been able to get in. I had to use ADB insert method to bypass FRP. The biggest issue is the phone had a locked bootloader and debug was disabled by default. When I got into the settings menu tapping build number simply would not enable dev options maybe a limit on the particular stock rom it had? (virgin mobile 5.1) So the process i followed was to use mfastboot to flash a fresh OS (had to be motorola signed due to locked BL). I used SURNIA_BOOST_5.1_LPI23.29-18-S.11_cid9_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC. Once i got it flashed I booted and the virgin-mobile setup app eventually launched. from there i hit settings in the bot right and then about, and tapped the link to the moto website. This opened Chrome and from there i highlighted text and used the messaging trick (which would not work unless i was in chrome) to open the dialer and then 4636 trick to get into settings. From the new ROM i was able to enable dev options (and allow OEM unlock) then run the adb shell insert commands to set the setup_complete flag to 1. Now I'm back in business and i have full control over the phone. I wasted at least 6 hours yesterday on this and when i woke up this morning it took me under an hour. Biggest issue was the ABSOLUTE NEED to use MFASTBOOT the normal fastboot.exe would not work, It would just hang when i started to write the system images. Thanks man!
+volod2k Alright so what you do is you go into fastboot mode on your phone/- get into your bootloader. Now connect your phone to your computer open a command prompt with fastboot installed and working properly and enter the command "fastboot erase userdata". Once you do this start up the phone and once it gets to the setup wizard hit the first button that selects your language. Once you do that it will say initializing device or something along those lines while its doing that hit the square on the bottom right corner. it will show all recent apps now you can scroll down from the top and access settings. It may take a couple of tries, play with rotating the screen and the timing of pressing the recent apps button. Once you get to settings follow the guide in the video with the only change being pressing the all apps button to get adb to be recognized on the computer
Sucks it doesn't work on droid turbo 2, if you click search on the privacy policy or anywhere else it sends you right back to the wifi setup screen to choose which network you want to connect to.

Hi, root junky i writing because im having a big problem and i think that you are the only one able to solve it, i was trying to bypass my motorola droid turbo but i realize that the new sistem version dont allow me to become in a developer nor get acces to the developer menu, so its currently locked, the version it currently have is 23.21.49
So here was the order I tried that did not work. Went through all step with no issue up until Root. I downloaded Kingroot from XDA Developers and copied the apk and files for version 4.9.7 opened kingroot from sidebar and ran root. Did not root successfully. I rebooted the phone and tried root again. Rooted this time. Opened Terminal and typed "su" got the pop up to allow access and allowed. Then typed the command line "content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1" nothing happened. No error nothing. Tried changing the spaces next to the " secure --bind" and got errors. Not sure where im running into problems? If I'm typing the command wrong? (for example is it "insert" then a space and two hyphens, or no space and one hyphen? Thank you
+Rootjunky.com I was on cm13 on nexus 6 a few weeks ago and when I flashed gapps zip it was disastrous. like the google setup wizard would start and crash- I'd say 3times every second- so I got to settings. and only had 1 tap or flick a second so it was very frustrating to keep telling [Unfortunately, com.google.setup.wizard has stopped [OK] ] to f*** off but you do what you gotta do... so I went to apps and saw the cm setup wizard and Google's. force closed Google's and used the little square to get the Google search bar to find es file manager to delete the system file for that app. only then could the endless error messages stop. anyone know how to disable these? or move them around so that they're not stopping you from trying to type a damn message. you can just flick them away and they'll be in a corner of the screen or have like a [yes, you already told me. and still like 2 secs ago, idgaf] button. or just an [idgaf] button to minimize the message and any further appearances of that same message. cuz Google play services was working even though it kept crashing and was bugging the hell out of me. and that's why I'm back on stock... with no double tap to wake... no music control from volume keys... no black theme for my amoled screen now I have Google's shitty colors that are really washed out... and limited to marshmallows ui tuner.... but no error messages
