nah the difference between power 16 and a fully minmaxed power 20 is almost as big as power 1 to 16. mantra levels, talents, oath, bad stats, no gear, no outfit, etc

No lvl 5 mantras (-50% mantra damage), no max lvl weapons (usually - 20 damage), no armor, bad equipment, no min-maxxed talents, not enough mantras, no enchant, not enough experience on the build. U can have one or other of these stuff while progging, but it's very unusual, bc let's be real, no reason to farm that on a freshie

Being power 16 is like being between power 45-48 in verse 1. If in verse 1 a power 40+ wasn't considered a freshie. Then it wouldn't change in verse 2. That's just common sense. How does a community make a term for a certain level of player. Then change that term to pretty much the exact opposite of it's original meaning.
