1978 Chrysler Lebaron 360 V8 morning winter cold start -8 degrees

Morning cold start of my 1978 Chrysler Lebaron with 360 V8 and Torqueflight 904 transmission. has 2.45:1 8 1/4 rear axle with suregrip. Temperature was 8-degrees celsius, but had been colder perviously, about -13. Had been sitting for 3 days.

Just noticed the German sticker on the front right: "Ich bin Energiesparer", which means "I am an energy saver". Even then, and especially now, kind of ironic 😅😂

Haha yes! Car has lived in Norway it's whole life, but it was used om vacation trip to Germany in the 1980s. I also find the sticker very ironic😅

Hey! I have the same exact car you have and I was wondering about your speaker system, did you do it yourself? If so, then please explain how you did it I gotta get mine done by June 12th and a speaker system was on the list.

Wiring was done, just replaced speakers.

I owned a '78 LeBaron 2 dr. ("318" auto, etc.) ALWAYS STARTED, ALWAYS RAN GREAT! These were REALLY GREAT AMERICAN RIDES!

I really wish they still focused on style in modern cars like they did back then. Save for a select few most, modern cars look identical and dont really have an identity like these old rigs do.

No, it actually still runs with the Holley 2bbl. I have another 360 v8 with an Edelbrock 4bbl and manual choke! That sounds wicked
