E scooter head set cleaning and adjustment

I had to look at numerous videos on RUclips to become aware ofthe fact that the handle bar stem is not twisted on the fork but pushed on the fork. So I decided to show how the head set of a regular "cheap" E scooter is dismounted; checked, cleaned, mounted and adjusted again.
