Hey there, Im a Dev for ALS all the way going back to the start.
I want to say I don't blame them for removing blamspot, behind the scenes it was really bad.
The top thing I remember was him asking to add a bundle on the dbz akira remembrance update.
But beyond that things he said that he did wasn't true. He rarley helped with the coding and when he did it was almost always ruined, us having to fix it later.
His "Investment" was a mere 200$, throughout the entirety of development. He held back the other devs from reaching great heights with his immense greed. He wouldnt spent a dime on updates.
I remember I was in a vc with the other 2 owners shock and async and they were trying to convince blam not to kick one of their best unit makers off the team for asking for a slight pay raise because of making 24 units in 2 weeks.
The only thing blam did was promote the game at the start. after that he did nothing but throw work and deadlines while sitting back and doing nothing.
I will say the owners should have consulted blam and told him formally he was to be removed.
I know they had huge plans as behind the scenes things were looking up after he was removed.
But his childish banter got the game locked and then it was sold for FREE to the boss.

First of all I have a few problems with this post. You don’t need to spend money to get updates. And you don’t need to invest money into a game at the heights of his popularity. Those are 2 points which make you sound like you aren’t/weren’t a dev. And if you knew anything about coding 24 units in 2 weeks. Is not hard. ALS has minimal VFX. And making designs for characters are so easyyyy.
All of this wouldn't happend if that Mha or crunchyroll didn't copyright anime adventures...

ASTD is the OG Anime Tower Defense and is better than all of them.
ASTD is not a pay 2 win game at all is mostly about hard work and grind and is friendly towards f2p.
Every new anime tower defense is mostly liked due the animations, graphics and characters like nowadays no one want to go to ASTD due then not having that much animation like wth.
I am the type of guy who doesn't care about too much graphics or animations since hunts my eyes so much...

All of them r repetitive, every update it’s just a new stardust banner and to evolve them u just have to do some raids.
To make it worse the units r almost all the same all they do is give it a little more dmg and a little more range and that makes it the “best” unit in the game.

I was an admin/tester for the game and was with them since the start of development. It was blatant that Alopek ( blam spot ) was going to be the death of the game and I called it 8 months ago. He never interacted with the testers and from the old devs I were friends with he wasn’t good in that department as well. But, the reason for the decline was also due to the old devs as well and communication. I left due to miscommunication and just recently I found out about the boss purchasing the game. Sadly I never got to thank them for keeping the game up but hey the game isn’t fully dead yet which I am glad for.

Every other dev / admin in the game disagrees with u. Blam spot has done nothing for the decline. The reason for the decline is because the devs breached contract not his fault. For a matter of fact he payed one of the devs like a crazy bonus I think it was tor and he gave tor a 1 million robux.

Also, Blam spot was also the one who made the afk unit after anime clash's first one and also Drip nami evo which was not really needed at the time. is kinda funny see this video nowdays bc the Boss Studios kinda made this game reborn better than expected, and Anime Vanguards got this fans to return to the beloved Anime Adventures
Anime last stand died cause the owners communication was horrible, and blam spot had every right to do what he did. It was stolen from him while he worked hard on it while the other owners shock and async playing minecraft during a 5 hour downtime.
And now the game is going to die slowly.
and he also lost 40mil L devs don't care about the fanbase just in it for the money the second they stole blamspot they are already rich so they wouldn't care less if it died off

@@illuminator7709 how so, from what ive seen the new admin have fixed all the old bugs and added just as much content within like 2 weeks other devs did in weeks and they dropped it all without bugs
The first couple update were cool, then they said they were removing rr's from codes, then they added grinding for rr's, and it all went down from there
they still occasionally add rr codes and u can literally grind like 50 rerolls a day

The game is ass and was always ass. The game was just bringing people nostalgia from aa. The game was extremely buggy, horrible balancing, and long maintenance and update periods. Only reason the game survived was because of blamspots huge audience.

The boss not only made Anime Fighters but he made “A One Piece Game” which was prospering until all of the crossovers came along, I do believe that The Boss can bring the game back to life ❤😢

i have to be honest, the boss' devs are making godswork on anime last stand now. the game reached around 30k players when OPM update came out, after a very long time since the drama. they made the game better, they are listening to the community and making changes accordingly. fixing bugs takes matter of hours, instead of days!

he also killed it by forcing the old devs to work outside of work time and he became controlling. They had to rush updates which led to many bugs and unfinished and unpolished updates. The game is doing better now though without him

@@justsomeguywithatattoo537 He is that bad. when afs was p2w already, he made it more p2w with 2 new really good gps and a stupid bundle that's useless. The new updates by him mostly spent most of their budget on the map instead of the content ingame/units. It basically just ruined my motivation play. (also releasing a divine every other week when it was supposed to be a REALLY strong unit for multiple worlds and keep in mind I quitted at the Mushoku Tensei update, so I dont know what other quantity>quality updates they did).

Thanks for the feedback, I actually didn’t spend as much time as I wanted to on this video, 4 hours total, script writing and editing. I wanted to see if people liked this new style, I will for sure put more time into the next one.

I do not really care about blamspot but the game still feels the same. Its kinda more fun since the new owner actually made a new gold currency shop and everything started being fixed especially annoying bugs.

Gotta say, The Boss has handled everything pretty well, and aside from the world two release update, none of the new stuff has been all too broken, I'd say the game is in a good place and deserves more players.

I was a dev for als and it has absolute hell. Alopek was dogshit and didn’t do anything, didn’t take suggestions and kept making bad financial decisions. I’m happy Boss has finally done something about it.

This game has had its ups and downs mountains and valleys but in the end looking at the current state of the game I feel like it’s positive when the boss took over I was very very worried the owner of AOPG I thought the game would be killed in days but to my surprise they started updating and the updates were good and I didn’t have to wait weeks just for a small update I’m so glad that this game has kept going no matter what and I still play it to this day
Roblox is just a lan of brainrot players playing simulators and bot games all day instead of games that need to be played (actual good games.)

blam spot was such a liar, he was always lying about some codes that he will say at the end of the stream but he always dont say them and just randomly end stream, i hated him. I think this game losed alot of player with laggy lobby, like even with pc for 4k your lobby is lagging like you got 4 fps and playing on your grandpa microwave, it all started when they added blessing to game.
just go play awtd, sure the mechanics are not braindead easy but it keeps the game interesting and adds a strategic factor, it has insanely flashy graphics especially the active abilities. Powercreeping is kept in check so the game is much less grindy, gacha is generous. Most importantly it was made with passion, not greed, extremely underrated, go play it

The current owner/ dev (TheBoss) will kill the game im calling it. That dude loves making cash grabs and has killed many games and made false promises. He is extremely problematic when it came to making AOTE, he blamed his devs and always stayed silent and pointed fingers. I will never support TheBoss in any game he owns/buys. He killed 2-3 good anime games and made them such a cash grab that he will kill Anime Last stand. It's only a matter of time with him before he starts drama and gamepasses that ruin the game
I do not mean to be rude but All Star Tower Defense is, personally my favorite tower defense game, though i tried others but In those games i got lucky XD, In Astd i had to grind so much just to get good characters so i got bored being lucky 😅 on other anime tower defense games other than astd😅
