BJJ Fanatics was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your BJJ skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for BJJ Students who don’t look at BJJ as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

wait when i use that pin can i get craig jones, 2nd best in the world, to put all his weight through his hands and push down on my back and increase my pressure? because in that case it will be a very effective pin indeed.
Advice on not getting knee levered from there? If your top do you just make sure to keep that knee of yours that’s trapped off the ground slightly?
The head posting on the mat stops the momentum that would normally be generated if your head was off it; don't think of it as a supporting structure, think of it as the removal of momentum. That, and most knee levers happen during transitions as passers weight is moving towards the guarder. If you're already stable, and your head posted, reversals are way way harder (trade off here is that elevators become easier, so watch out for butterfly/closed guard recoveries).
You can also flare out your underhook elbow to assist your head post
Can anyone tell me what instructional this is from?
