Not only is it a pavillion but you must exchange currency from the pavillion. so it's like a pav and a packing in one... plus other currency is harder to get. At least you can trade it. At least from what I gathered...
This is a hell event with a format like Night of Starfall. Currencies go in order (in terms if RNG) from Wind to Moon to Flower to Snow. You can convert a suit's currency to other currencies you desire in a 4:1 ratio. Wind takes around 2K diamonds to complete. Moon takes around 4K to complete. Flower takes 6K-7K to complete. Snow takes 10K to complete. Total cost is around 9.8K diamonds with free tries. Without free tries, it's 11.5K. To complete all main and pavilion suits plus extremely rare items from the pavilion, it takes 20K. 2-week hell event. Comes with postcards from 50-88 diamonds per day.
You maybe can! With free tries it can only take up 9800 dias. And we'll get postcards too.. If you have a monthly card, by the last day I'm sure you can save up to finish it. Good luck. 💜
