The goldfish one will most likely be on the fourth node / the fourth suit to get so I think you should hold off. You'd have to spend around 4000 diamonds for it plus you'd get 3 suits you don't like. Also, it's nice seeing another army :)

I know we need chapter 16 which will take a while, but I have a guess that we'll have the Blood Moon event this October, and then next Jan/Feb around Chinese New Year we'll get Four Gods if 16 is out, otherwise maybe we'll get Wind, Snow, Flower, Moon?
Four Gods has way too many spoilers for our server so it's not coming any time soon. I think it's farther than chapter 16. I think WFSM will come before it at least.
It’s a Hell event meaning you need about 6,000-7,000 diamonds to fully complete it. After you spend a certain amount of diamonds, you will reach a node and get a suit. The third node has either the mermaid or angel suit. The fifth and final node has the remaining one.
