Verrry carefully. In all seriousness, it's true that humans are quite resilient, but MRSA is a particular problem among homeless populations in shelters. It's not that being dirty is the problem-- it's being dirty around many other dirty people, and potentially having unhealed wounds.

This is the best tutorial video of practicing hand hygiene. However, I wish she had turned off the water while scrubbing and drying her hands.
