In a shocking development, Concord is shutting down on September 6th and players will be refunded if they purchased the game digitally. If you got a physical copy, you will have to refer to your point of purchase. The game has only been out for like two weeks so this is unprecedented.

It went down in flames woooo even though I didn’t play it. I never wished this for those who enjoyed it. While I don’t like certain games but I’m never wishing the worse case scenario like here. Everyone enjoys different games, this is just sad for those who invested into it.

Imo the game didn't make a big name for itself. now compare that to games what have big names like overwatch , xdefiant , fortnite , call of duty , valorant and soon to be marvel rivals it was always going to succumb to those big titles not to mention the fact that it's 40 bucks and it was a PlayStation and PC exclusive missing out on xbox players who could easily play overwatch or valorant it was always bound to fail.

I sort of reference Redfall with this at the end and it's very true. Even Redfall did better on the SUPER IMPORTANT Steam Charts and I'd imagine most PC Redfall players were playing on Game Pass.
