Billy truly is a genius. Watching these episodes has made me dig into your catalog again. It makes me miss the 90's so much. Please keep doing what you do.
Such an awesome episode. William is so generous to his fans. What a treat it must have been for that guy to play with William and hear that sage advice.
Wow this is crazy. These two had the best seat in the world at the moment. I mean Billy selling millions of Records sold out concerts and they're getting a free sit-down to play with Billy Corgan. Can't have it no better than that.
This series has been sooo interesting!! Been a Pumpkin fan since '91. Wish u were coming thru NC. I think u would enjoy the byways and backroads here. Much love and respect always Billy ❤️
I've been keeping up with this as much as possible despite time zone differences, Getting an insight into rural america in such a personal way is really cool to me as a dude from Scotland.
holy fucking shit! It's like you're walking down the street and suddenly see the dude responsible of the greatest music memories of your life and sit down in a park and fucking jam together!! l'm losing my mind!
Imagine getting free advice from the one and only Billy Corgan! And a fucking jam session holy fuck, what a god touching moment. You can't replicate that.
Saw you on Adam the Woo's vlog today and decided to come follow you as well. I have not only subscribed to your channel but I let my friends know about it too. Hope your next road trip brings you to Toronto.
Glad you ran into Adam the Woo. It is spooky how similar your journeys have been. You have shown many of the same sites through different eyes. You both had the sensation of being geographically lost but present physically and in the spirit. You both had Dino experiences in completely different ways. Thanks for sharing your journey with us! Hope to see what the road shows you next.
So awesome that you visited the railroad museum! Trains, and specifically, photographing them, are my passion. So neat that you chose to visit there! I made it to that museum a few years back, and photographed that Santa Fe , on an excursion, just last fall!
this is so amazing ..including us (your fans) in this journey with you.. I love that there is a sense of unity that brings people together through your music. when the world seems crazy your music is an escape for many myself included..it's good to hear live raw music especially in this day and age 😊 p.s if you add "hello kitty kat" to your 30 days I won't be mad at all haha.
I’ve seen this before, but watching again, and I love this episode!! How awesome of WPC to lend his time, knowledge and advice so freely! Seeing the look of surreality on that guy’s face is worth a thousand words... 😍
So good... I love your music and this really helps me appreciate you for who you are as well. It would be a dream come true (and completely nerve wracking) to play a cover of one of your songs in front of you. I'm not sure the guy fully appreciated the advice, but it is so dead on. Thanks for putting this out there.
Billy, I remember when you playing landslide wrong. lol First song I taught myself to play. My poor mom in the background "dammit, play something else." Cute couple, really enjoyed it!
I remember when I received the exact same advice from one of the major record labels. They said, "You have a lot of talent and your songs are catchy, but we don't sign or invest in anyone unless they have 75,000 likes and or views on social media. Basically, if you are good and your music is capable of becoming popular, you will get some minor social media attention. William just gave him a click-bait opportunity to post on social media, which could draw a ton of attention to his band. And William included him in this video where he plugs his band's name. He just helped him in a huge way. All that remains now is whether or not his songs are just something that a few people enjoy, or lots of people find enjoyable.
The statues in the old train station was quite powerful. Like a boring, mundane day for the inhabitants of the era has been frozen in time. Available for the future to stare at and wonder what it was like.
Nostalgic! Those two fans were like me and my friend Anna when we met you here in Manila. Well, except that we don't sing. We just chatted for a whole hour and that was so unforgettable
In the end of this video of amazing good info . He he sums up in an amazing way of how to get yourself out their. We as entertainers need to soak up any info that guys like this are willing to share . I hope people watch all this video if they wanna be a professional entertainer and soak it up. 🤘😎🤘Thanks so much Billy for sharing that info.
The Smashing Pumpkins hehe! Have been for a long time :) He had me start my own daily vlog (please subscribe) :) love you guys!! Great video as always!!
Hey man, check out your copy of "Pisces Iscariot"..."Cool as ice cream" is written in there in Billy's liner notes. I've read them so many times over the years! "Deciphered" might be the right word as I was young and English is not my first language. :)
Billy is just a fascinating musician and person in general has a wide knowledge of music and he and Guys like Dave Grohl have made and are still making the music that I love. So many of the guys of that error are gone . I’m glad he stayed grounded and didn’t get into the downward spiral crash and burn part of the music business. I love his videos for me as a singer has an amazing plethora of good knowledge of what it is to be on that level. I am very thankful of him taking time to tell a story and pass this info about him and def like his mind set about music and life in general. Really cool he take time to play with that dude . He’s humble guy really cool!!!🤘😎🤘I would give anything just to write with him.🎤🎼🎸
My band played at Venue of Scottsdale the night after you years back and I remember standing right where you stood playing guitar and hearing my music come out of the stage monitors and feeling your presence from the night before. You my hero Billy Corgan I invite you to come to my factory in Chandler Arizona on the Gila River Industrial District & Jam Stumbeleine with me and watch Organic Cow Feed be made. 6760 W. Allison Rd Chandler, AZ. I'll leave the gate open and my Yamaha acoustic tuned. -Garrett
That guy playing the guitar and Billy singing was so cool!
Billy singing with the fan was simply awesome..... what dreams are made of

The Smashing Pumpkins Hi! Any updates on the new album? (Just say you're working on it, we all understand creative pains, etc :))

When Billy gave the advice to that musician, the guy was like: fuck that, I’m out lol.
Lolll. tbh yeah (I'm the guy), he went off on a bit of a Billy interview tangent and my eyes glazed over a bit. He was very cool to us though.
Best episode of the doc so far! Really cool how fast you are putting these together as well
