- At the beginning of the year, I discovered an app called Wish. I used it for a few months and got some neat tech from it. Here's my app review and why you might want to give it a try for some great budget tech. I'm talking the prices are WAY LOW!

I've bought A LOT off Wish. Most of the items were exactly as described. One watch I ordered turned out to be made of really cheap material and not adjustable. One pair of jeans was 1-2 size smaller. I would recommend buying 1-2 sizes larger. I wear size 11 shoe. Bought some taekwondo workout shoes for $15. They cost between $40-$60 on Amazon. Very light, very comfy.....I read in the reviews to buy 1 size larger than what I normally wear, so I did. Ordered a size 12....shoe says 12 but is actually an 11. Same thing with rings. I ordered a titanium ring that has DAD engraved in it for $2. Really nice, thick and strong. Not a cheap "turn your finger green" ring. Again, I read in the reviews to buy 1 size larger.......and again I did and the ring fits fine.
My son collects action figures, mask, so on. I've ordered him quite a few things from there and for some reason the items for him get screwed up. Some came VERY late. Weeks late. One still hasn't come and it's been over 2 months since I ordered it. Wish did refund the money and tracked the item. They say it is still in transit. After placing an order they give you an arrival date. If your order doesn't arrive by that date, Wish will refund your money and you can still keep the item, whenever it arrives. I believe I've had maybe 6 orders that went past the due date and Wish refunded the money with a smile and I got to keep the items after they arrived.........a week or two late.
The staff at Wish are friendly as hell. I've had to contact them 7 or so times and they reply by the next day and do everything they can to make things right. My son had an order that was way overdue and Wish offered me a refund. I asked them if they could just resend the order because my kid would rather have the figures than a refund. They contacted the supplier and they agreed to just send out a new shipment. Still waiting on it, but it's only been a week or so.
If you can think of it, it's probably on Wish. I'd advise everyone to read the reviews people leave about each product, and read the reviews people leave about each merchant (as they call suppliers). Most of the time you'll find 5-6-7 different merchants selling the exact same item. Read all the reviews you can. Find out if people had problems with a certain merchant and so on. Most of the items come from Asia and they use different measuring systems and so on. So read the product descriptions and use google or whatever to convert the size/weight to which ever system you use. I screwed up on 2-3 things the first few times I ordered. Items were way smaller than I thought they'd be. My screw up. So now I read as much as I can about an item and merchant before placing an order.
I like to just lay and brows on there on my laptop when I have some free time. They have a save system so you can add an item you like to a saved list if you want to order it later. There is a "Compare Item" link on each product. Say you clicked on a set of headphones.....clicking that link will bring up a few hundred other headphones, earbuds, blah blah.
Shit can become addictive because ya find shit on there that you can't find most anywhere else and most things cost 1/4 or less than you'd find them anywhere else. I keep buying a bunch of silly, stupid shit (12 sided rubiks cube!!). My wife keeps bitchin'.......but they only end up costing $2-3 each :D
Hope I've helped out anyone that wants to order from there and was worried about it. I've never heard of anyone having they credit/debit cards/bank accounts ripped off.........but paypal would probably be a good idea. I'm just too lazy to switch it :D

The company is based in the US, but the sellers, stores, merchants, whatever ya wanna call em, are from all over the world. Think Ebay without the bidding. You just buy. New sellers are joining everyday. It's growing fast. You can find about anything you want and lots of stuff you never knew existed.
The ear buds I just bought arrived yesterday. They sound great. I paid $2. $1 for the ear buds and $1 for shipping. Took about 3 weeks for them to get here. I've had things arrive within a week of ordering, and some things that never showed, but they refund the money usually a day or two after you send the Wish company a message, and say you never got your order.
I've ordered a lot of stuff from Wish, so naturally I've run into more problems, but say out of 50 orders....only 3 never showed. I complained and the money was back in my account within a few days and you still get to keep the item if it ever shows up at your house. I've had 2 things show up weeks after I was refunded for them.

This is a nice app for little knacks and oddities, i ordered 2 anime pvc figures and i guess i got what i paid for, not original figures and the material was cheap and the paintjob was below average, again i paid less than 40 bucks for both of them (including shipping) so i will continue to use this app for small things.

Mcdonaldman I ordered 2 items from the app, received 1 about a week early but unfortunately didn't receive the other item but had no problems contacting Wish via their app, very quick reply and very quick to give me a refund. I think go for it, for me Wish has great customer service if things do go wrong. :)

I've used it a few times and to be honest it's not bad. I mean your getting what you paid for. I got laser pointer for £2(that was delivery). 3 watches a bracelet and some other stuff. The only complaint is that sometime sirens can take a while to arrive like nearly 1 month. But I guess that depends on where the seller is located and where u are located.

Most of the items from wish are great overall. I've brought some computer hardware, and some electronics. Most of it works just as great as $30 store bought goods. I got a flag pole from them and its holding up fairly well. The only item that disappointed me was a pair of wireless headphones. The battery life is like an hour and that's it.
