    As someone who has come from the automotive world i find modern a/c technology pretty cool very similar to automotive you might be better off recruiting new technicians from that field

    Some companies are simply to large to even listen to there employees. Small companies are being bought out by PE groups, those groups are managed by people who are not from the HVAC field. There managing financials and portfolios with no real field experience. MQ at this point would have more leverage if they started a paid sub.let the techs pay for it, that will get premier more out there. Than ownership will take notice. Right now with Qbits ownership is not paying attention. Give premier to the techs, let techs lead the market and prove to ownership why it works
