The 257Hz Root chakra bowl is the one in the center and is the base tone I used in this sound bath. The other 4 bowls are complimentary tones to the root bowl C note. The root chakra frequency is said to correspond to our lower intestines, bladder, bowels, and testicles/ovaries.
By penetrating these regions, these vibrations promote deep relaxation, bringing improved oxygen and blood circulation which, in turn, stimulates and activates healthy cell function.
❤️ I encourage you to focus your attention to your Root Chakra, the region at the base of your spine, while you listen to and absorb these pulsing sound waves.

And he’s so much more confident since I’ve been listening to your sounds , I gave him a bath and he came right to me purring and cuddling after he dried off. This has literally saved my life. The pain I have endured for just simply exsisting has caused so much issues. It’s like people think I should have not been birthed or something. The bowls are different sizes. I assume they are playing different notes. Is the Hertz Frequency an overlay of a Rife Frequency?
