We are already beyond the point of no return and in need of an absolute miracle to even hope to start on the now extremely difficult process of rebuilding what has been systematically destroyed. Surely after the first 5 or 10 years of ANC rule, it was plain to see where we were headed but all we heard was crickets. Too little too late, hoping I'm wrong.
Herman Mashaba spent 25 years with the ANC, what took him so long to notice their corruption/thugery, the SOEs/health/transport/education/services delivery/etc died 20+ years ago, Politicians will not be able to change workers managed by Municipal managers in one or two terms, they will still blame apartheid and each other? The justice system has failed our beloved country, when the honest cannot do anything about corruption, they form a new political party.
An interesting option by Herman to resign from politics if his party choose to go into coalition with the ANC.
