The choices for ipad mini 2 are different for ipad mini 1 at the last step in sliver for ramdisk. I have tried several of the choices and no luck. Direction? Thanks.

I'm unable to get the sketch to upload, I've done all the previous steps and made sure I had the correct boards but it keeps telling me the programmer is not in sync/not responding. I've checked to see if the USB host shield is cycling power and it is. Anyone else have this issue?
