நெய் மீன் என வியாபாரிகள் சொல்வது பங்கஜம் (ஃபங்கசியஸ்) மீன். இந்த மீனை சமைக்கும் போது நிறைய கொழுப்பை பார்க்க முடியும். அதனால் நெய் மீன் என தவறாக சொல்லி விற்பார்கள்.
உண்மையில் நீங்கள் சூர மீன் என காண்பித்ததுதான் நெய் மீன். நெய் மீனில் செய்யப்படும் கருவாட்டின் மணம் சுவை எக்கச்சக்கம். அதில் கொழுப்பு இருக்காது.

2:01 is not neimeen, actually in Kerala and Southern part of Tamil Nad vanjiram is called neimeen. What you are showing is "basa fish" a native of Mekong river in Vietnam.
This basa fish is mass produced in most of the developed countries for business, because it grows much faster. Of course you have health impact as well due to it's poultry production.
