The Elite you run into on Easy and Normal is invincible, but he doesn't leave. So, if you play on either of those difficulties, you may have an invincible Elite following you everywhere. He was killing people during the Keyes cutscene and killed everyone in the cafeteria, lol.
Edit: Ended up dropping him in the pit that's in front of Keyes. That's how you can get rid of him.

Okay I had watched the first couple minutes and he mentioned no health pack and then I scrubbed through the rest of the video and couldn’t find any myself. Granted, 1 bar on Legendary is pretty common anyways lol.
