Span Rigging - GRCS and 2 Blocks

This is a little span rig from earlier this year. Span rigging allows pieces to float down in between two rigging points under control. Hope this makes sense and you can get some value from it.

I use 2 rings with a port-a-wrap all the time. But I need to start including the Pinto. I actually have the ring that fits in the hole on the one end for more integrity. I'm going to finish that ash 🌳 in the next month. It was dry & hot but now I'm just waiting for the humidity goes down after a wet 3 weeks.

Still learning here, sorry for the newbie question. May I ask why you went with the GRCS vs a porta wrap? Load too large?

@@Johnnyreengo with a floating anchor and use a bigshot and thriw line ..or floating x rings .hams arborcare sells them spliced with 2 rings on the end
