Garlic 10-15 Cloves
Green Chilli 2 ( or more as per taste)
Coriander Leaves 1 Cup
Curd 400gm
Fresh milk with Cream 400gm
Balack pepper powder 1 Tbsp
Kasoori Methi 1.5 Tbsp
Garam Masala 1.5 Tbsp
Chaat Masala 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 lemon
Refined Oil 250ml
Green Cardamom 2
Cloves 4
For Smoky Flaour
Coal 2 inch
Green Cardamom 2
Cloves- 2
Butter 1/2 Tbsp

I tried this recipe in both ways fried and smoky gravy. Rather I had that smoky twist in fried one as well. It was amazingly tasty. Also made the chicken into dices and wrapped it in Lacha Paratha and had it as Kolkata Kathi Roll.

Tried it today. Needs some modifications. Lemon juice- one tbsp is enough as chaat masala makes it sour. Use four green chilis instead of two. Add two tbsp of salt instead of one. Kasoori methi can be done away with. Oil needs to be used in moderation. Half cup milk cum malai is enough.

I love the fact that you did not throw away the marinade but used it in the final dish. I personally would use less oil but apart from that this is definitely worth doing. Perhaps rather then frying the chicken I would grill it and then finally add to the marinade and reduce the sauce.

Very very nice, similar to what we ate at WATAN in Southall, but yours is better with good ingredients. I used much less oil but marinated for 24 hours, which partially cooks/breaks down the chicken.
